Dalewood Cheesery

Right next door to Babylonstoren in Franschhoek is the Dalewood Cheesery.












We stopped in for a tasting and to buy some of their locally made cheese for a picnic.

I have seen a few of their products sold at my local Woolies before, but certainly not their entire menu. A blue veined Camembert. A fig Brie wedge. Their own limited edition and copyrighted Languedoc and Huguenot cheeses.


 

All were delicious but the Huguenot was my favorite.
