Rhino conservation volunteering

I was accepted as a conservation volunteer in the Kariega Game Preserve in the Eastern Cape! So excited. I will be monitoring rhinoceroses (rhinoceri?) in the wild as well as participating in a community development project, most likely teaching math in a local school.

Unfortunately there is no internet (!) so that means no real-time blogging for the next two weeks. But I will journal and take lots of pictures and I will make up for it when I get back!
