It is the news we have been waiting for since April! (See my April 23 blog post Waiting for the Rooftop Market to Reopen) B&B Markets announced that it is launching their new flagship market on Sunday, September 1, 2013 at the Norwood Mall in the upper level parkade.
Bye bye Rosebank; hello Norwood. I do not know what Rosebank was thinking when they evicted the market. The Rooftop Market was in every guidebook and travel article as the place to go in Joburg.
Anyway, just like before, the market will operate every Sunday from 09:00 to 16:00 come rain or come shine. See you September 1!
