Rock Art in the Cederberg

The Cederberg is one of the best areas for ancient San (Bushmen) rock art in the world, with over 2,500 discovered sites, a number of which are easily accessible as opposed to the rock art we saw in the Drakensberg. There was actually a well-marked hiking trail right on the property of the Mount Ceder Lodge where we were staying while touring the Cederberg.
