Maybe it's not such a bad thing after all that I cannot find a most excellent Mexican restaurant in Joburg. We have one in our De Waterkant neighbourhood in Cape Town. San Julian is owned and operated by a Mexican and the chef and kitchen staff are all Mexican too. Their food and margaritas are excellent.
But this is what happens after a few pitchers of said margaritas are consumed and a tiny sombrero shows up on your I.T.A. Tequila Ale ...
