Happy Vegan Week!

Tonight is the last night of Vegan Week. I accidentally found this out after I had lunch at The Pudding Shop on Wednesday and saw this sign. I didn't even know there was such a thing as Vegan Week in South Africa. And it is the 6th annual Vegan Week at that.

Sounds like a good excuse to get Vince to accompany me to Conscious 108 tonight in Greenside. I'll never make a vegan out of him - (or me for that matter. I do love my cheese), but it is fun to see how far the cuisine has evolved.
