Now that is service!

The staff at the Serengeti North Wilderness Camp were top notch. Not only were they welcoming, dedicated, efficient and friendly, they thought of absolutely everything to make our stay there memorable. For instance, every morning along with a wake-up call at exactly the requested time, they would bring us a tray of coffee, tea and biscuits! Before we were served a sumptuous breakfast in the dining tent!

I have already praised them effusively for their late night rescue after our muddy adventure coming to the camp. But not only did they take and launder our muddy clothes and shoes and return them to us absolutely spotless the next day, they also cleaned our muddy truck inside and out! In fact, it was cleaner than when we first rented it in Arusha ten days earlier!
And they didn't even charge us for the cleaning services either. Of course, we wouldn't let them get away with it, but it was a beau geste nonetheless.

Look at those tires!
